The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 0. Value leader Toyota Motor fell 100 yen, or nearly 2 percent, to 5,870 yen. Volume leader Nippon Steel inched up 5 yen, or nearly 1 percent, to 552 yen. On the Osaka Securities Exchange, the near-term March Nikkei 225 index futures contract was up 110 points to 13,100. read more
